
Updates for Business Account users (February 2023)

In February, we have implemented changes that will make life easier for our Papara for Business users, which provides creative solutions to member businesses in situations where conventional payment systems and banking applications are unsuitable.
With the modifications we’ve made, it’s now simpler to use your account balance with your Business Card®, make ATM withdrawals, and make deposits. You can look to the headings below for more information.
Account balance can be used with Business Card®

With the latest upgrade, merchants can customize how their Business Card® balances are used in relation to their accounts. For the Business Cards® and the Virtual Cards, Papara Business Account users can select between “Let the card use the account balance” or “Let the card balance be separate.”
While the cards using the account balance use the available balance of the merchant account. It is necessary to add a balance from the account to the card for the cards using the card balance. Adding a balance can be done from the card transactions on the Business Card > Cards page of the member merchant portal.
This setting is by default set to “separate card balance” for Business Card®s that already exist. To enable the card to use the account balance merchants can modify the card’s settings through Papara Merchant Portal.
ATM withdrawal with Business Card®
With the update we have released, our merchants can withdraw with their Business Card® up to ₺10,000 per day from ATMs with their cards that have the ATM withdrawal feature enabled.
Merchants who want to withdraw money from ATMs with their cards can easily activate the ATM withdrawal feature for the relevant card on the Cards page of the Papara Merchant Portal.

Cash deposits made easy
The new update makes it simpler and more automatic for merchants to make deposits from their business bank accounts to their Papara Business Account.
Papara Business Account users are able to accomplish their money transfers and EFTs in under 15 minutes if they include the phrase PMPY7 {Their Merchant Number} in the transaction’s explanation.
On the Money Transfer/EFT tab, merchants can get information about their Merchant Number.
